During our session, it wasn't so much 'what' she said, but more the excitement in her voice about her new... um, eyelash curler. She enthusiastically shared that this was her best investment recently! There are many out there, she knew, because she had – as she always does – done extensive research and deliberately chosen this brand.

Eyelash what?

Maybe you're thinking now, eyelash what? Eyelash curler? Then this blog might not be for you this time. I'm talking about a little tool that honestly looks like a small torture device. You use it to lift your eyelashes, making them naturally appear longer and fuller. The effect, she said, was stunning! It seemed as though she saw the world differently because of it. Or was it that the world looked at her differently?

Small Changes, Big Wins

We had already established that applying makeup was a crucial – and almost therapeutic – part of her morning ritual. The most important 'me time' moment, and the start of her busy (work)day. She called this tool a 'game changer' because it unexpectedly elevated her morning ritual. And although this at first glance seemed unrelated to lifestyle, hormones, or nutrition, it became clear what a small change could bring about.

Setting Yourself Up for Success

Because, as strange as it sounds, this eyelash curler had another important effect. It not only gave her noticeably beautiful and natural lashes but also a good feeling and in a way, 'switched her on.' In how well she took care of herself, with something so small and simple, something she could use every day to bring out her best self. It gave her that pleasant energy to stay alert for other small changes with (eventually) a big effect for the rest of the day!
