Invisible Struggle
Because even though it might not have been visible to others - "Why do you need to watch what you’re eating?" - I struggled with various vague symptoms and didn't feel great at all. I had a bunch of vague issues that I really wanted to get rid of. Maybe you recognize a few?
Bloated stomach
Dizziness
Digestive problems
Constant fatigue
Mood swings
Infections
BMI on the higher side
Hair loss
Poor sleep
Binge eating and or inability to stop eating
Sudden energy dips
Fogginess, haziness in the head
Lack of focus and concentration
Mirror, Mirror on the wall
The ambition to become a 'fit girl' or the 'thinnest' version of myself was (no longer) there. What I longed for was to be able to look in the mirror in the morning and see the healthiest, strong, happy, and sexy version of myself!
Balance as a game!
I realized that if I wanted to continue enjoying good food on one hand, on the other hand, something had to happen to keep my body physically and my mind mentally balanced. From the moment I started seeing that as a game, I set my own transformation in motion.
Eye-openers
I delved into Nutrition, Hormones, and Lifestyle. What I learned were eye-openers. Knowledge that all women should have. My Vitality Game became a game changer, think weight loss, more energy, a stronger and fitter body. I got rid of my complaints and became a happier and more resilient person.
