Your Personal Game Plan. A Game Plan based on your goals, everyday routines & your preferences & favourite foods
Your feedback integrated. Deciding on a plan that will really work is key. We will need your commitment in more than one way
One pager summary. To hang on you fridge, keep in your purse, take a pic on your phone, next to your mirror, or on the inside of your cupboard of your kitchen
5 online meetings 45-60 minutes. I will keep you accountable to your plan. I will also be kind, honest and supportive & share what you need to know to understand the ‘why’s’
Support through customised app Monday - Friday. Another app? Don’t worry I’ll guide you through it and it will enable us to stay in touch in an easy way and stay focused
