Love Language
In my family, the most common question is, "Have you eaten yet?" I understand that food means so more than just nourishment. To me food has always been used as a way to communicate: to show affection, welcome others, and to create connection.

Balance
A few years ago, my body started sending warning signs. I felt constantly tired, bloated, and gained weight. Mood swings, frequent infections, and gut issues became the norm. After countless doctor visits and another prescription in hand, it finally hit me—I needed to take charge and 'fix' myself.
